fifth. 490-480.
- CAVI Subject: Int.: armed satyr.
- CAVI Inscriptions: Scattered in field: mock inscriptions, including γ(κ)γ and γ{2}.
- CAVI Footnotes: {1} very close to the Pithos Painter. {2} Kappa with parallel short strokes,
or digamma = F. The sketch in Moore (1997), 334 has: γαγ(κ)υ, with gamma 2,
alpha S 1, kappa near 6 angular and with curved vertical, upsilon 3. [The
numbers refer to the letter chart in AttScr.] But the ph. seems to confirm my
reading, esp. as regards the `kappa' (which is not an alpha).
