Beazley made more than eighty drawings from vases that he assigned to the Berlin Painter. The few drawings in this introductory program are from his vases in the Ashmolean Museum.

The complete program, available later this year, will publish the drawings with a discussion of the principles of attribution which Beazley used to make Athenian vase-painting a branch of the History of Art.
